IVF Funders provides a personal loan that spreads the cost of treatment into simple instalments. Apply online with your income evidence, get a decision in a business day, and we pay your fertility clinic directly so your funding goes straight to your treatment. Affordability is assessed under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
How much can I borrow for fertility treatment in NZ?
IVF Funders provides funding from NZD 5,000 to NZD 50,000 for IVF cycles, ICSI, egg and embryo freezing, frozen embryo transfers, donor programmes and fertility assessments. The indicative rate is a flat 1.99% per month (equivalent to 23.88% per annum, fixed). Terms run from 12 to 48 months.
Who can apply for IVF Funders funding?
IVF Funders lends to New Zealand residents 18 and over who can demonstrate affordability under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCCFA). We accept applications from PAYE earners, self-employed Kiwis, and couples funding treatment together (subject to assessment).
How long does approval take?
Most applications get a decision within one business day. Once your funding is confirmed and your agreement is signed, you can book treatment with your clinic on your own timeline.
Is IVF Funders treatment funding secured?
Security is optional and depends on the loan amount. Most smaller amounts are unsecured, while on larger loans we may register a PPSR security interest. We pay your fertility clinic directly, and you keep full choice of clinic and specialist.
